EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING 2024
MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIR CARLOS TORRES VILABBVA will hold the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting at second call, on 5 July 2024 at 10:00 in Bilbao, at Palacio Euskalduna (Avenida Abandoibarra, number 4).
The bank is proposing to its shareholders the capital increase needed to proceed with the share exchange with Banco Sabadell. This capital increase will consist of issuing new BBVA shares that will be given to banco Sabadell shareholders who take up the offer. BBVA shareholders are not required to make any disbursements.

Modalities of participation in the General Meeting
Card at branch offices
You may vote or grant proxy on line, prior to the General Meeting, by means of the card that you may request and deliver to any BBVA branch in Spain.
In person
You may attend the General Meeting in person, handing in your attendance card at the entrance of the permises where the meeting is held.
Digital channels
You may attend, vote or delegate your proxy on line through the participation applications provided.
